Unethical Corruption Reporting Guide

Reporter Protection Regulations and Report Processing Procedures

Report Type

Report types include all unethical behaviors of all stakeholders related to the Company.
However, slander not based on facts and matters related to personal privacy not related to work will not be processed.
The report types are as follows;

Workplace Sexual Harassment and Harassment If you have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment or harassment at work, please report it as an 'Unethical Corruption Report – Workplace Sexual Harassment Report' or 'Workplace Harassment Report.'
Embezzlement and Personal Misappropriation of Company Assets An act of improperly using assets such as the Company's budget/tangible assets/corporate card for use other than business purposes such as personal use
Violation of Company Rules and Policies An act that seriously violates company rules and important policies
Acceptance of Money and Entertainment An act of taking or asking for compensation from a stakeholder, accepting money/goods, meals, entertainment such as golf, travel, etc.
Other Unethical Acts Unethical behavior that seriously violates the Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines, and the company's important policies/regulations

Protecting Reporters

  • 1.
    The reporter's identity is secured, and the report's content is thoroughly protected. However, if necessary for investigation, the reporter's identity may be disclosed with the reporter's consent.
  • 2.
    We do not disclose information that reveals or implies a person's identity without consent.
  • 3.
    We will take all measures and make every effort to ensure the reporter is not disadvantaged or discriminated against for reporting.
  • 4.
    If the reporter is disadvantaged for reporting, the reporter may request protection from the audit team. The company will take all measures to prevent any disadvantages to the reporter.
  • 5.
    If you have participated in an unethical or illegal act but you voluntarily reported the fact, sanctions for the act may be mitigated.

Processing procedure

    Receipt of Report
    The report

    Review of Report
    The information reported will be reviewed to determine whether or
    not to proceed with an investigation.
  • step 03
    Investigation in Progress
    An investigation
    will be scheduled to verify facts.
  • step 04
    Processing Complete
    After the investigation, follow-up measures and results will be provided.
